For being a Spanish series I found this quite exciting, and usually not badly acted. A few minor mistakes like filming in an empty cup, drinking from empty cups, etc.

Nice series until the denouement begins to unravel and the how and what behind the disappearance begins to reveal itself. As an aside that it was quite coincidental that patient and doctor met each other at the busy festival, I do not understand why the childless mother had not considered adoption. Kidnapping is a very drastic approach, whether it was spontaneous or not.
Wanted to give it another 3* because it was quite short and not (like most Netflix series) 8 to 10 episodes long, until those stupid last 10 seconds came and a second season is very easily set up as if you watching Marvel/DC movie.
The lead actress bears a striking resemblance to Marine Vacth, by the way, could be her twin.
