Heartstopper plot

Charlie and Nick are two British teenagers who both attend the same boys' school. However, they never met alone - until one day they have to sit together. They soon become friends. Gradually, Charlie, who is openly gay, falls in love with Nick - even though he doesn't think he has a chance; After all, Nick never said he was attracted to guys. But love works in surprising ways, and Nick is more interested in Charlie than they both realized.

You can take the extremely high IMDB rating with a grain of salt. But the series works well, is a bit sweet and has a good cast.
