Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles plot

Four turtles fall into the sewer and befriend Hamato Yoshi, a Japanese man sent to New York who was forced to live in the sewer. One day, he sees a strange green glow that transforms the four turtles into humanoid creatures. The glow transforms Hamato (now Master Splinter) into a giant rat and teaches the turtles the art of ninjutsu. They team up with news reporter April O'Neil to take on Yoshi's nemesis Shredder and Krang, an alien warlord from Dimension X.
