When her sister's entire school class spontaneously disappears from the face of the earth in 1999, young Astrid, then 9 years old, is completely blown away. She has terrifying nightmares and has the feeling that they want to tell her something. Twenty years later, she has still not forgotten the shocking experience she had in her youth, but she has been able to give it a place. That changes when she notices that her dreams are slowly but surely resurfacing. Touch of "Dark", touch of "Midsommar". It started well, but the momentum wears off pretty quickly. I found it to be a pretty boring affair at a certain point. The acting is decent, except for Lars Brygmann. I've seen him act much better in many series.

Not convincing. There is a nice mysterious atmosphere in itself, but the story is not well developed and the ending is too vague for words. Intuitively, far too little happens in the first five episodes, so that suddenly a lot has to be done in the last one, with the result that it feels rushed and leaves you full of open ends. The comparison with Midsommar is indeed obvious, but this one really doesn't come close to that.

Different and interesting story. Unfortunately, it all took just a little too long and at certain times was a bit too messy in terms of chronology. But I was charmed by the mysterious atmosphere with the matching music. I also thought that the acting was quite good, even by the young Astrid. From the end, I no longer look up to these kinds of series; you could just think of a second season with that.
