Season 2 is now almost finished and together with season 1 it was a bit disappointing with what I had in my memory. I think season 3 might turn out to be a bit of a hit, because the storyline that Kurt starts to struggle with Alzheimer is not in it until episode 11 and those episodes are the ones I most remembered.

All - not - too - minus... remains a great series, with a lot of fun in the soundtrack, usually very nicely worked out murder cases (yes, the 'necessary' coincidences are unfortunately often present) and loads of atmospheric pictures of Sweden, like those of Kurt's house and surroundings. I did suddenly lose his dog (Jussi) in some episodes - did he? Could I just have missed...

There is a half off; 3.5*

Most episodes of Season 2 were just as good as Season 1, except for a few. In any case, the quality was such for me that I maintain 4 stars. In season 2 I noticed a few stupid things that bother me in just about every crime series: detectives who perform solo actions and get hit 9 out of 10 cases. Episode 7 of this season also had an interesting one: a policeman somewhere in the middle of nowhere wants to call with his cell phone for backup but has no range, while 30 meters away the criminals are calling their boss. This can of course be the provider

Aside from those flaws, it's still an excellent series.
