Gift series. I didn't think the ending was that strange. The story of the drug past is finished. That's how the series started and that's how it ends. She realizes how much she hurt her mother and that's why she didn't go with Jules, she takes responsibility for herself.
The other storylines continue to season 2, and I'm already curious.
Great series. I find the storylines of Kat, Jules, Nate, but also those of Lexi interesting, definitely expect more from her in season 2.

The episodes get better and better, with 7 and 8 as a smashing finale. Music, editing, Zendaya, themes (although I thought it was too much primate television for the first two episodes), very nice. Not a series that blows away all competition in my eyes, it's not that masterful, but it does feel like this is at the forefront of popular culture and that's quite a lot.
