The 2024 BAFTA Film Awards took place on Sunday, and Oppenheimer left the evening with a sackful of wins.
The British Academy Film Awards is a yearly award show presented by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts.
The 2024 edition was presented by David Tennant.
Christoper Nolan's epic, Oppenheimer, took seven victories out of 13 nominations - Best Film, Best Actor for Cillian Murphy, Best Director for Nolan, Best Supporting Actor for Robert Downey Jr., Best Cinematography for Hoyte de Hoytema, Best Original Score and Best Editing.
The Best Film Award was presented by Back to the Future star Michael J. Fox, who received a standing ovation from those in attendance as he continues his brave personal battle with Parkinson's Disease as well as his remarkable philanthropic efforts.
