Trail of Terror plot
"FRAMED BY EXPERTS! Even His Pals Are Hunting Tex For Murder!"
Bella Blaine, owner of the Crystal Palace saloon, plots with Nevada Simmons to rob the stagecoach. The coachman Curly Wyatt is in cahoots with the two. At the Red Rock stopover station, there is a clash and Al, the keeper of the station, recognizes Curly. Texas Rangers Dave Wyatt, Jim Steele and Panhandle Perkins are on their way to Red Rock. Dave Wyatt hopes to reunite with his twin brother Curly. Arriving at Red Rock, Al mistakes Dave for the robber Curly and blames Dave for the robbery. Meanwhile, Curly has regretted the robbery and got hold of the loot and hides in a shed. He has someone sent to pick up his brother with the intention of returning the stolen money.
