The Testing Block plot
Intrepid outlaw 'Sierra' Bill falls in love with itinerant violinist Nelly Gray. Sierra forces Nelly to marry him. They have a child, but family life is interrupted by the gambler Ringe. Not only does Ringe convince Nelly to leave her husband, but he also completely strips him financially with gambling, eventually ending up in jail. The embittered Sierra seeks revenge and manages to escape from prison to hunt Ringe.
