The Prairie Wife plot
Chaddie Green is an impoverished young woman from a wealthy background. She marries wealthy rancher Duncan Mackail for his money. At the ranch, she has to deal with the deranged ranch helper Ollie. She then meets the attractive English nobleman Percy Woodhouse who is ill. When her husband travels on business, Chaddle tends to Percy until he recovers. Percy protects Chaddie from the villainous Ollie and Chaddie takes her mind off her husband for a while…
