"A LIGHTNING FAST ACTION DRAMA!"
Bill Carson was charged with murder six years ago and is now known as "El Puma" and is the leader of a Mexican gang. He is still looking for the man who falsely accused him at the time, and he comes on the trail of his then assistant "Magpie". Magpie recognizes Carson and hires him to supervise a company of scientists. When a member of the party is murdered, Carson is once again accused of this act.
