The Everlasting Whisper plot
"A Drama of Love and Hate in the Western Hills"
Mark King loves the tranquility of the forest more than the noise of the big city. He saves the life of city girl Gloria Gaynor and comes to the rescue of Old Honeycutt when the villain Gratton tries to force him to tell him the location of his mine. When Gratton tries to force Gaynor into marriage, Mark marries her. She returns to the city and the noise anyway, only then to realize how much she has come to love Mark and the peace of the forest.
