Taking a Chance plot

Joe Courtney is a police officer who follows a mysterious masked bandit. However, the bandit turns out to be the beautiful Jessie Smith, a girl who has been wronged. Jessie turns out not to be bad at all and saves Joe Courtney from the evil Dan Carson.
