"LOVE-LADEN ROMANTIC ADVENTURE!"
Bennett is a man who collects taxes and has no compassion for the poor farmers, mainly because he himself profits from their misfortune. Young rancher Carlos Mandreno refuses to accept the demise of his ranch and is assisted by Maria Morales, the sister of Arturo, the chief of police. Maria is willing to marry Bennett if Arturo promises to leave Carlos Mandreno alone. Meanwhile, Carlos' cattle is robbed by a mysterious bandit named "The Silver Bandit" and Arturo arrests Cisco Kid. Cisco Kid manages to escape and tries to expose the Silver Bandit and then also blame Bennett for his misdeeds.
