Musical Jim Carter is a rodeo rider and marksman. Jim meets Betty Hobson and falls in love with her. Betty asks Jim to help her father Dan Hobson, who is in danger of getting into trouble at a poker game. Dan plays poker with cheater and saloon owner Bob Arnold and his henchmen and threatens to lose his claim to a mine. Jim manages to prevent this, but Arnold doesn't stop there.
