Robin Hood of the Range plot
"SIX-GUNS BALANCE SCALES OF JUSTICE!"
The orphan Steve was taken in and raised in the family of railroad pioneer Henry Marlowe. When it appears that the Railways is using illegal methods to dislodge the local settlers from their land, Steve stands up for them and he goes incognito as 'The Vulcan'. Steve learns that his adoptive father is in charge of the illegal activities against the settlers.
