Riding the Wind plot

"HE-MAN HURRICANE HITS THE BANDIT TRAIL!"

Henry Dodge builds a dam over a river, cutting off the irrigation system for the other ranchers. He only supplies water for very high amounts. The ranchers build windmills, but Dodge blows them up. Rancher Clay Stewart and his friends rebel against Dodge. When a court order forces Dodge to release the water, he blows up the dam and the body of water flows into the valley.
