"He's a Wizard with his Whip!"

Deputy Marshal Whip Wilson arrives in Pecostown, Texas, to assist Deputy Marshal Ed Dunbar in the arrest of a mysterious white horse outlaw who steals cattle owned by JJ "Jack" Hall and his business partner Brad Bradshaw. Whip finds Dunbar murdered after visiting his old friend Winks Holliday. A little later, Whip is able to arrest cattle thief Danny Bronson after being caught by the armed Nora Neal, whose father is serving a life sentence for killing the sheriff. However, Nora's new sheriff and fiancé, Jim Scott, arrests Whip for murder and cattle theft. Whip can escape with the help of Winks. Whip tells Nora that he is a deputy marshal. Nora tells Whip that Bradshaw and Hall robbed her father of his cattle, killed the previous sheriff and blamed her father for it, leaving him in jail. Whip plans to go hunting Hall and his henchmen with Winks and Sheriff Scott.
