Oklahoma Outlaws plot
The city of Tulsa was founded after the Oklahoma Land Rush of 1893. Judge John Kincaid became mayor and his son, Ned, was sheriff. Saloon owner Whip McCord, who had a criminal past, plotted against them to gain control of the city.
