After his father dies, rodeo star Dan Bennett returns with his dog Flame to the Bar B Ranch, where he goes to work incognito as a rancher. A horse called "White Outlaw" is the leader of a herd of wild horses. Dan's obsession is to capture White Outlaw and then tame him. Christine "Honey" Johnson, who runs the "Bar B Ranch," learns Dan's true identity and learns that he plans to sell the ranch after taming the horse. Christine doesn't want Ben to sell the ranch and she starts by releasing White Outlaw, whom Ben has just captured.
