Man with the Steel Whip plot
"EXPLOSIVE ACTION! as "El Latigo" rides through the land of savagery and gleaming gold to deal out his kind of justice!"
Saloon owner Barnet (Mauritz Hugo) wants the land of the Native Americans because he knows it has gold in it. He sets up a gang of Native Americans and attacks nearby ranches, hoping that they will chase the Indian tribe away. Jerry Randall (Richard Simmons) and teacher Nancy Cooper (Barbara Bestar), hatch a plan to reveal everything. To gain the trust of the Native Americans, Randall disguises himself as El Latigo, a legendary Native American hero.
