Jaws of Justice plot

"Latest Dog Marvel In A Sensational Melodrama!"

Gold prospector Dean has finally found gold after fifteen years. On his way to the local government office, he is murdered by Boone Jackson. Kickabout, the owner of the intelligent German Shepherd Kazan, finds a cryptogram about the location of the gold found by Dean. The Ranger Sergeant Kinkaid manages to solve this cryptogram. But Jackson learns that the location of the gold is known and he wants to find out. Ultimately, he plans to use dynamite to blow up a dam that will flood the entire community.
