Dick and Carey Ross are brothers who avoid the law because Carey has trouble following it. From Montana they cross the Canadian border. The brothers join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. After a while, Dick is a successful and promising member. Carey, on the other hand, seems to be reverting to his old demeanor.
