"SIX-GUN SONGFEST!"
Ranchers have issues with outlaws and Jimmy Wakely is sent to investigate. When a rancher is murdered by the outlaws, the perpetrator is jailed. But the lone witness dies in what is allegedly an accident, even before the hearing begins. Later, when another rancher is charged with murder, Jimmy uses the same tactic and kidnaps the only witness. But the outlaws announce that if this witness does not appear, they will kill the rancher when he is released.
