Brett Stanton is a criminal who travels to Carson City with his gang. This city hosts the heavyweight championships, a fight that pits James J. "Gentleman Jim" Corbett and Bob Fitzsimmons against each other. The gang prepares their nefarious plans, but it turns out they aren't the only ones willing to take advantage of the championship.
