Cartel, 1882 plot
"A sexy, violent, irreverent tale of betrayal and revenge set in Texas in the old west."
Horace Longstreet runs the South's largest drug-trafficking empire. When he learns that a drug mule is withholding some of the profits, he calls in a Pinkerton detective. The detective has been an alcoholic since he knows he has tuberculosis and is doomed. Against his will, he has to kill or capture the courier, but it turns out not to be that simple. The courier leads the detective to the south's most dangerous drug houses and brothels in the 1880s.
