"MASKED TERROR! BULLET VENGEANCE! ON WYOMING'S WILDEST BORDER!"
A mysterious, masked horseman and his gang kill farmers and rob stagecoaches. Government agent Johnny Mac Brown is called in to assist and assist the local sheriff. When a gang member is captured, he thinks he knows who the masked rider is. Johnny suspects the local Wells Fargo cop and thinks he has a plan in place to trap the bandit.
