Brand of the Outlaws plot
Gary Gray, who works incognito among the "outlaws" of Deputy Ben Holt, is arrested during a cattle theft. Gray is looking for his father's killer. Holt holds Gray responsible for the cattle theft and also accuses him of murder. After Gary proves his innocence, he goes after Holt's gang again. Gary, who by now knows that Holt was his father's murderer, is ambushed by him.
