At a club for German officers in Shanghai, a group of Nazis are tasked with protecting an important invention in weapons of mass destruction. The targets are all enemies of Germany and Japan. The Japanese officer Colonel Noyama at one point is aware of this and wants to join the group, but the German Colonel Von Meyer refuses. However, the disagreement between the two leaks out and the Allies use this knowledge to intervene.
