Turetskii Gambit plot
Turetskii Gambit is based on the 2nd book about the adventures of Erast Petrovich Fandorin, written by Boris Akunin. The film takes place in 1877 during the Russo-Turkish War. Erast Fandorin has escaped from a prison in Turkey and is trying to return to Russia asap to convey important information about a Turkish attack. On his way he meets Varvara Suvorova, a young lady who is on her way to her betrothed (a Russian soldier). Erast knows there is a spy in the Russian army and everyone is suspicious...
