Voyoucratie plot
Sam, a thug, has just been released from prison. He plans to start a new life and walk the right path. Trying to get closer to his estranged child, he clings to a glimmer of hope within an inner-city existence. Haunted by his past and wedged between gangsters and dirty cops, Sam makes a series of tough decisions and struggles in his personal pursuit of a better world for himself and his child.
