Never Come Back plot

The United Kingdom 1939. Desmond Thane is a writer who earns his living working for a women's magazine. He lives happily and at night behaves like a true playboy. Until he encounters the beautiful Anna Raven. He becomes obsessed with her diary, but when he confronts Anna with her secrets, things go horribly wrong.
