Twelve-year-old Olivia lives with her father after a nasty divorce. Olivia's mother, named Lauren, no longer has custody. Feeling lonely, Olivia wants to impress her mother and discovers an app that helps her become famous on social media. The app turns out to be a success and Olivia sees her mother more and more. However, Lauren has a new boyfriend who wants to help Olivia with her career. However, Olivia is sure he has other plans and becomes jealous.
