"She asked for it…"
A superstitious, young and guitar-playing gypsy maid of an elderly couple is taken to an artist by them, because they are going on a long journey. The artist prefers to live alone in the wild Spanish landscape, but nevertheless agrees to take her into her home. On departure, the older woman tells that the maid is plagued by nightmares and sinister predictions about death and love. That same night the maid dreams again of the naked man on a large black horse. Promptly the next day, the same man appears on the horse at the artist's house.
