A truck carrying radioactive cargo collides with another vehicle, a gas tanker. This is now a real nightmare. Radioactivity is spreading everywhere and polluting the entire area where the accident happened. In this extreme, existential need, it is fundamentally necessary for all interested parties to exchange views. But everyone's fate is now determined by the hard handling of this state of emergency by the competent authorities.
