Andreas Valenti, a wealthy surgeon, accidentally kills Daniella, one of his mistresses, and tries to cover up the tracks by dismembering and disposing of the body. What he hasn't noticed is that a stalker has been watching him all this time. Daniella's half-sister knows he's responsible for her disappearance and enlists the help of Inspector Garrano to prove it.

Watched on a less-than-stellar print. The story also feels a bit cheap, but it's still entertaining. The finale is surprising. The lesbian underwater scene with full-frontal nudity makes this film memorable. It's probably the only thing many viewers will still remember afterward.
The acting is quite good for this kind of crime melodrama. Gianni Garko makes a believable, tormented doctor. The women are beautiful, and the cop does his best without having much say.
The direction is adequate and the music is good.
