When the British Secret Service discovers that an Eastern European country is developing insects as weapons, they persuade entomologist Frances Gray to invade the country to obtain some specimens. After her arrival, she is almost immediately exposed and her contact is murdered. Frances's future doesn't look good and maybe the world's future doesn't either.
