Helix plot

Detective Helen Schilling is responsible for the security of Richard Bauer, the controversial Minister of Economy and Ecology. When he suffers a heart attack and dies in front of the journalists, it is quickly discovered that this was an attack. At the same time, Helen is faced with a stressful home situation. She wants to have children, but there is a dangerous hereditary disease in her family. Through her husband, she gains access to an illegal gene therapy experiment, which gives her the opportunity to give birth to a healthy child.
