Corruzione al Palazzo di Giustizia plot

Corrupt Italian politician Carlo Goja has friends in very high positions, mainly in the courthouse. Dozens of investigations into judicial corruption have come to naught, because each time a damning file that can bring down the entire nefarious construction, disappears at the last minute. When Goja's mistress promises to testify against him, she is raped. Mistrust and violence turn everyone against each other and paranoia reigns in the hallowed halls of the courts. Threats of assault and even murder make every judge fear for his future.
