Caught in the Act plot

Unemployed actor Scott McNally earns a living teaching acting classes. In his class he meets the beautiful Rachel Donovan. They fall in love and soon slip between the sheets. Scott is delighted that something has finally worked out in his life. In addition, an unknown (or was it a bank error?) deposits ten million dollars into his account. Another reason to rejoice. Of course there's a price tag: Scott gets involved in a conspiracy and the beautiful Rachel turns out not to be who she is.
