To round up a large criminal organization, the ambitious head of internal affairs at the Reykjavik Police Station decides to investigate a corrupt police lieutenant. He's been tipped off about the lieutenant's criminal acts by a former crime boss, now incarcerated. He decides to use a female former narcotics agent to spy on the man. However, this action is not without risk.
