Bad Karma plot

Dr.Trey Campbell (Patrich Muldoon)'s dreams are filled with wild sensual fantasies about his violent but beautiful psychiatric patient Maureen Hatcher (Patsy Kensit). Trey goes on vacation with his wife (Amy Locane) and daughter, but Maureen warns him not to leave her alone. She manages to escape from the institution in a murderous way and goes after her beloved from a past life. Trapped, Trey sees shreds of memory of him and Maureen with a knife in misty alleyways in old London. Would he have shared his life with this violent woman as Jack the Ripper?
