Auf Herz und Nieren plot

Rico (Steffen Wink), Sigi, (Martin Glade), Dave (Niels Bruno Schmidt) and Glotze (Thierry van Werveke) have been friends since childhood, but years later when they develop an ingenious plan, their friendship is jeopardized. The robbery and run off with the money from the drug lord Banko (Burt Reynolds) ends in disaster and they must do everything they can to get Bruno back his lost million. After meeting an obscure doctor, they decide to turn to the lucrative organ trade and have already found a victim: the Indian Shalaman. But when they see a photo of his wife and four children, they succumb to it, can't bring themselves to bear it and have to come up with a new plan.
