"There is a cure, if you can pay the price"
Craig Evans is an American expat living in Karachi, Pakistan. He is married to Insiya Zia, a Pakistani doctor, who becomes infected with a virus called MN-2 during a routine hospital round. The virus causes uncontrollable outbursts of violent anger. With no cure in sight, the doctors have no choice but to put Insiya into a coma. Meanwhile, the virus continues to spread across the country. The only cure is a drug called Sedare.
