Admiral Harriman Nelson has developed a new submarine. When the Van Allen belt, which surrounds the earth, catches fire, the temperature on earth rises enormously. Despite the heat, a mutinous crew and enemy submarines, Nelson embarks on a long journey to fire rockets from a calculated point in the Pacific Ocean toward the Van-Allen Belt and prevent the Earth from melting.
