Vortex plot

In the future, crime has risen to a peak. The government has therefore decided to build a new prison called Vortex. Innocent civilian Vincent is imprisoned there after he kills a robber for defending himself. In prison, all the inmates have to commit their crime again and Vincent's first victim is his neighbor Carl.
