Premonition plot

After a near-fatal car accident, Detective Jack Barnes (Casper Van Dien) begins to have visions of impending disaster. When the FBI then thinks Jack is behind these disasters, he runs away. Then he has a vision in which he sees a group of terrorists who want to carry out an attack. Now Jack must not only evade the FBI, but also stop the terrorists in a race against time.
