A boy gets the shock of his life when one day his dog suddenly goes missing. He soon discovers a portal in the backyard of his house that leads to another dimension. Together with his friends and dysfunctional family, the boy tries to get his dog back. They also have to close the portal before a rift occurs that could mean the end of the world.
