"He moved out and a legend moved in"
Joyce sees Elvis as the messiah and runs for social services. She has numerous side incomes that she keeps silent and according to the environment she is crazy. Someone from the social services suspects that she is committing fraud, but cannot prove this. Joyce wraps the inexperienced social worker around her finger.
