Safe Harbour plot

11-year-old Pip (Liana Liberato) is lonely after her father and brother are killed in a plane crash. While taking a walk on the beach, she meets Matt (Brad Johnson), a heartbroken artist, who quickly develops affection for Pip and her mother Ophelia (Melissa Gilbert). Thanks to Matt's influence, mother and daughter can slowly pick up their lives again. But as Ophelia and Matt grow closer, the secrets of the past become a serious threat to their new-found happiness.
